Question No brightness slider on Dell Inspiron 3647?

Hey guys, I would like to adjust my screen's brightness on this pc but not seeing a slider for this anywhere in settings. This article I found shows to select the 'Action Center' in the taskbar but there isn't that slider option showing in that picture on my screen, any ideas please?

You might not see the Change brightness for the built-in display slider on desktop PCs that have an external monitor. To change the brightness on an external monitor, use the buttons on it.
