Question No Display after changing bio to uefi

I have no display after I change to the bio to uefi, I seen people say in the forums they solve this by taking out the video card but my only have onboard video so what can I do? I try removing the battery but didn't help, this is a Dell 7450 with Linux.

You're working with a laptop, you will need to disconnect the battery from the laptop, press and hold down the power button and then reconnect the power tot he laptop and see if you're able to get the laptop to boot to OS GUI.
