No display after disabling graphics card

I stupidly disabled my graphics card when trying to fix a problem that could have probably been easily fixed by restarting my PC. After I disable my graphics card my monitors went black and now show no display. I have tried removing my CMOS battery for 5 minutes to reset the BIOS but I still don't have a display. Any help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: I disabled my GPU from the Windows Device Manager.

That should have worked, if you disabled GPU in BIOS, but won't do nothing if you disabled it in Windows Device Manager. So, what exactly you did? And what motherboard you have btw?

Yeah I didn't disable my GPU from BIOS I did it from device manager. And I have no clue what MOBO and I could try to find out.

If your motherboard has integrated graphics, you could connect monitor to motherboard and uninstall GPU. That way you could get into Windows and undo the change you made.

Can you boot into safemode?

You can enable the card in Device Manger or worst case uninstall and reinstall the card then it that should fix your issue.

But if I did boot into safe mode I wouldn't be able to see anything right, since I have no displays?

Windows should still display boot menu and utilize default drivers, should be able to revert to last known good configuraiotn

So how do I boot in lot safe mode with no display? I looked up ways to, but all have to do with you being able to see the screen and selecting choices. My OS is Windows 10 by the way.

Once you turn the PC off and turn it back on, how long does it have display before it goes blank?
You should still see bios splash screen at boot.

It's doesn't show anything at all. My monitor says "No signal found"

Have you tried hitting f2 or delete to enter BIOS?

Yeah I have even tried that.

Check your motherboard manual to see if your BIOS uses a different key.

Windows can not prevent your video card from working at the BIOS level, only at windows level.

Is your monitor still plugged into yoru GPU or your motherboard video ports?
What is the full specs of your build?

I used to have all my specs written down but I lost it.
However I know a couple things about my specs.
GPU: Radeon Sapphire Dual-X R9 270X
CPU: Intel i7 Quad Core 3.6
GHz

You have intel, so you should have integrated graphics.
Plug your monitor into your onboard motherboard graphics ports, boot up and then enable the GPU

There is "downside" to it. It wont mess anything up or decrease performance.

Its like saying what is the downside to unplugging your cable box from the TV and then plugging it back in.

I see DVI and HDMI ports in my GPU, but none that go into my motherboard

Your motherboard IO (like where your rear USB ports and Ethernet port is at) does not have any video ports on it?

Nvm I found an HDMI port and I used it and I now have display but it shows up with a mess age that says "Attention: Unsupported Video Configuration Detected
Action is Required" and that I should shut down my PC and plug the HDMI into my GPU's ports.

Go back into device manager, re-enable your proper GPU.
Shut down, put HDMI cable back into GPU, turn PC back on.

As we said in the very beginning of this thread, the settings you changed in windows have nothing to do with bios.
You cant fix your wrong windows settings in bios.

You need to boot into windows either in normal mode or safe mode from your motherboard graphics ports.
Once in windows you can re-enable your GPU. Then you can reboot and use GPU again.
You can try to remove GPU, then boot into windows using motherboard ports, go into device manager and show hidden(under view menu) hardware and see if it shows your GPU that you manually disabled, enable it, then shut down, reinstall GPU and try to boot windows back up.
