I just move my mobo to the new casing before moving to my new case my GPU was working after installing in new case GPU has no display
My Spec
Mobo Asus H61me
Ram 8GB
1TB HDD
Core i3 2100
PSU cooler master 400
GPU 1050ti

Solution
Double check the obvious things to start with.

1. Make sure your HDMI is plugged into the GPU and on the motherboard.
2. Check you have plugged in the GPU's power cable.

as you have onboard graphics try plugging the HDMI into the motherboard without the gpu installed and see if you get a signal that way.

Solution
I tried using my old gpu it shows display on screen everything works fine but i have issue on this is this a bios issue because i never update my bios

try putting the hdmi in your mobo just to check. you should get an output because intel has integrated graphics.
if this does work try updating your Nvidia software.

Since you only moved your parts to a new case, the problem should be of a mechanical nature.
Reinstall your GTX1050ti making certain it is seated properly and that the monitor is properly connected.
If the gpu needs a 6 pin aux connector(most do not) then make certain that is firmly inserted both at the gpu and psu end.

Best to not update a bios unless the fix addresses an issue that is impacting you.
This is not your situation since the current bios worked with the GTX1050ti before.
A failed bios flash can be nasty or impossible to recover from.
