Question No display at all when GPU plugged in.

I've just finished upgrading my PC, I added an ssd and a new cpu. Ive alo reinstalled windows 7 fresh and want to go go windows 10 once everything is ready.
I first used the motherboard integrated graphics to download some motherboard drivers, once that was done I turned my PC off to add the gpu, a gtx 1060.
When I put it in and turn on my PC theres no display. I've tried plugging my HDMI cable into the motherboard and into the gpu, but nothing shows up. Also, if it's worth mentioning, the gpu fans on spin shortly before turning off when in the case.

Yeah, my GPU is plugged in. My motherboard is a GA-H81M-S2H

I've been using this motherboard with it before fine. I've only upgraded the cpu and storage.

I found the solution! In bios I had to change the display from pci slot 1 to integrated graphics, then I downloaded the drivers, then restarted and changed the output to pci slot 1 again, and it works
