No Display In Windows

My computer is not displaying the desktop. It posts, displays the bios, and after the OS starts to load up the displays go blank. I have tried going into device manager when in safe mode, uninstalling the drivers, and installing new ones from Nvidia. This did not work. It also did not work when I tried to just use the default windows drivers that install automatically. Any idea what my issue is? I am running a Maximus vi hero with a 4770k and a 980ti with windows 7 pro installed to raid 0 Samsung 840 evos.

Start at the beginning, is this a new build that never worked? Worked before? What changed since it was working? What is the power supply brand and model? Test it without the video card using onboard graphics.
