Question No Display issue after installing a new gpu, even after reinstalling the old gpu?

So yesterday I was working on my desktop and testing to see if a new graphics card that I got worked on an Alienware 046MHW motherboard and the graphics card was an asrock Rx 5600 xt challenger D 6G OC. The problem comes when I turn on the pc and no display pops up along with 5 beeps signaling. The 5 beep code issue was fixed (though all I had done was reset bios) but the problem comes with the graphics card as I decided to install the old gpu to see if the new card was damaged, only to see the same no display issue afterwards. I have reset bios but I have yet to reseat ram and was wondering if it could be a failure on the motherboard even though the gpu fan is moving and seems to be working just without display. The question I have is if there is anything else I should test before I assume that the motherboard has failed?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. You might want to mention all parts used to swap over when you thought the prior wasn't working.

Clear CMOS and then try and work with one stick of ram. You could try and source a CH341 BIOS programmer and see if you can reflash the BIOS then again for a platform like that, I'd allocate resources to something else.
