Hello everyone,
I built this desktop last year and everything was working fine. Well, long story short, this morning my dog hit the desktop while it was on, immediately the computer shuts down, and when I go to turn it on again: I have power - computer, light and fans go on - but pretty much everything else is not working: no display, sound, beeps or whatsoever. Also, my keyboard and mouse are not on either because neither of them has their lights on.
So, I connected my monitor, mouse and keyboard on my laptop and they all worked fine, so they are not the problem. I am pretty new to this kind of problem, so I really need your help to see what I should do or to figure out where the problem is.
I have opened the desktop and everything - from what I know - was properly connected and all the CABLES are working fine too.
Anyway, I am looking for an answer on how I should proceed with this, and any direction that you guys can lead me to solve this will be great and very helpful.
Thank you,
Roger
