So my pc was running fine today.I was playing Arma3 and needed to go out for 30mins.i put pc to sleep with game running, and came back to find a blank display.I unplugged every thing and restarted-still nothing. All fans spinning,GPU is lit up.The only difference is on the case front when normal there should be a green light with a flashing orange light below it.I have the green light but no orange.Any help?pLEASE?

Solution
I used to use an MSI motherboard in my htpc that ran 24/7 that had the same problem. What fixed it was clear cmos, as well as enabling wake on keyboard/mouse.
Ok I'll try it-the only thing that was different this time was instead of putting the pc into sleep mode through windows ,I used the button on my keyboard that says "sleep" I never used it before. What is the story with the case lights?I know with dell an orange light is bad-but on my pc I have had a solid green light and a flashing orange one since day one.The only thing I changed was my GPU but that was about 8 weeks ago and everything has been fine-I do regular temp checks on all hardware.

Gigabyte boards I've noticed all have kind of flunky sleep mode settings in the bios. The best solution I've found to this is just close out of everything if you are gonna be gone for 15-30mins and your computer shouldn't use all that much electricity while it is idle, and if you are getting up to do something for more than 30mins shut it off completely.

thanks-that was a scary few hours :)
