I have tryed refitting the ram, didn't work, I tryed swapping the cables, didn't work, it does this when ever I move my pc like to my grans or yo my dads ect. Just usaly I fix it but not this time.

Try using the onboard video. Also, take out your graphics card and re seat it. If that doesn't work your card maybe bad.
