(NEW)Rx 470
700w PSU Ek 588 Bosston
I don't about the PSU Brand though
It came with the case i bought.

The GPU won't display anything but the fans are spinning
and succesfully installed drivers for it.

Pcie power and video cable connected to card?

Shouldn't need to disable igpu as installing dedicated graphics card would usually do that. Not always, but is a common thing that happens. If you haven't moved video cable to graphics card then do that.

That power supply man, it's really only 250w. Very poor. Even if this was a simple fix such as moving video cable, i wouldn't be using this. Get yourself a decent power supply, Corsair Rm 550w or at least Corsair Cx 550w.

Not going to work with that PSU.
It is essentially 100W PSU. Not 700W by any means.
108W on 12V rail.
Change PSU ASAP! Or you'll probably kill your pc, if you continue using it.

Rx 470 minimum recommended PSU is 300W.
Or 450W - on the safe side, if overclocked model.
