Question No display out

Built my own system.

Was working good.

Power cut, no display anymore.

Lights and everything on the motherboard are fine.

Removed the graphics card and used onboard graphics, nothing.

tried different VGA cables, nothing.

My shuttle computer is fine and the monitor is fine.

Bought another second hand motherboard, put in my cpu, ram, etc.

still no video.

Any ideas, guys?
