Question No greenlight when plugged in on new asus strix z690 motherboard for flashback for 13th gen

I’m putting together a brand new pc with a 13th gen cpu. However the asus z690 strix motherboard requires a bios update, I made sure I downloaded the right file as well as made the usb fat 32, the only things connected is the 24 pin, the gpu into the socket but not powered as well as the ram. When I press the flash bios button the rear io, I get no green light no matter how long I hold it, and yes I made sure to turn on the power and plug it in.

I’ve followed everything in this video as well, I’m not getting a greenlight at all
