No HDD in Bios, just HD and USB HD

Suddenly the computer had the error message to insert boot device..Since I am unable to get to safe mode, I keep coming to the MSi BIOS page..So in trying to change the 1st boot option, I'm not sure which one to choose There is Hard Disk WDC WD1010ZEX-00KUWAO, and the USB HARD DISK. By the way, after this happened the first time, I was able to click on "start normally" which I did and after a few hours it suddenly went back to the black screen with the error message.

Which is your boot drive? It should be #1 in the boot order.
Apart from that, I guess that the HDD is failing. My advice would be to take the HDD out of the computer and attach it to another machine. In case you can't access the drive right away, you can try using some data recovery tool.
