Question No image on monitor

Okay so I just opened my pc case and used a small dry brush to clean the dust from the top of the gpu and the top air filter. After that my PC turns on , the monitor receives signal, hut it's only a black screen. The MSI Easy Debug LED indicates VGA. I tried removing and reinstalling the GPU. Also tried removing GPU and turn the PC on with the HDMI cable contented to the motherboard to use the integrated GPU but still the same result. Finally tried removing RAM but this time the monitor didn't get any signal at all then reinstalled same and again it gets signals but black screen. Any suggestions
