No Image on Screen, No Peripherals Working

Specs:
-FX 6300 at 4.2 GHz
-GTX 970 4GB VRAM
-8 GB RAM
-Windows 10

I tried to turn on my PC, and there was no Image on the screen. I didn't move anything from when I last used it. In addition, nothing plugged into the USB ports (mouse, keyboard) was working.

I tried a new power supply and that didn't solve anything.

Is this a motherboard issue?

Based on my experience, it could be a motherboard issue.

I suggest you take it to the nearest computer repair center.
