I assemlbed a pc today but when I tried to turn it on I got no information on the screen and I heard 1 long beep followed by 4 short beeps, which indicated a hardware failure. All the case fans and the GPU and CPU cooler fans come on though. Also, there is an LED lighting on the mobo labelled "BOOT_DEVICE_LED" which indicates an error with that hardware, but Im not sure what the boot device is referring to.
Everything looks like it's working correctly. The case fans, GPU fans and CPU cooler fans are on and the disk drive works fine.
I have tried removing a stick of ram, unplugging and plugging everything, removing the graphics cards and nothing works.

4 beeps usually means the motherboard timer is not working properly. A hardware failure with an expansion card or the mobo itself could be causing this.

Are you sure every thing is plugged in where it should be. It may just be the small things going wrong.

It's 4 beeps, not 1 or 2 or even 3, it's 4 so nothing is plugged wrong here... The video card usually get 2 beeps and the CPU/RAM usually get 1 beeps... I forgot what 3 is but 4 means a "failure" which means nothing is plugged in wrong LOL...
