Question No internet acces with an internet connection

I currently have an issue on my computer where I do not have internet access but there is no problem with my internet. Every other device connected to the network doesn’t have an internet problem, my computer has no visible issue but nothing loads or downloads. I’ve tried most things I can think of and I have no idea what to do now. Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Do you use an ethernet cable or wifi?

Are the drivers of network LAN and WiFi up to date? Reinstall these.

Any firewall or antivirus applications installed?

Does the router have a MAC filter or similar enabled?
