Question No monitor display

Specs:
Ryzen 2700x
Asus Prime x470-Pro
Kingston Fury Black 2x8Gb
Corsair RMx 650W
EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6Gb


Yesterday I tried to turn on my PC and all lights and fans came on but there was no signal displayed.
I put in a friends GPU (1660 Ti) and my computer booted just fine, as well as with my 1060 in their machine. I also have reset the CMOS Ram data as a lot of sites have said but that hasnt helped.
I've tried 3 monitors on 3 cables each and they turn on and display no signal.
I have absolutely no idea what my problem is here.

Have you tried an alternate PCIe x16 slot for your GPU?

I have tried the other slots on my mobo but my friends card worked in the first slot where my gpu usually is

I’ve also noticed that if i leave it with all the fans and lights on and no display my gpu fan(which usually needs a full boot to start spinning even when the pc is working) starts to twitch
