I recently tried to reset PC, after a couple minutes it shut down answer to black screen and then went on an on off loop. I downloaded the windows media tool onto a dvd and everything was looking great until I was asked where I wanted to download Windows and now it says 'we couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one for more see setup log files' and then 'no signed device drivers were found make sure the installation media contains the right drivers and click ok' this second one is after I attempted to clean the selected one. What to do now? I can't get on Windows at all. Are my drivers bad?

I don't give a shit whag microsoft says, but you should never use cd's.
Usb highly regarded

Only do whats below if desperate
##
If you can get a usb, install iso to usb onto it, download puppylinux, it runs on ram. it will allow you to look ag your partitions, copy all your files while in puppy to a external hdd, then get a copy of windows you need the mbr boot manager, its probably gone or missing.
You should always have windows on usb, i cannot really say anymore on how to get windows and install it you'll have to break your morals on that one.

Your problems simple you just screwed up.
