I can I am just wondering if this model is a quality one and if this power output is on the first line.The higher watt output the better, go for 750W if you can find one at good price.

That's not true. Most of the computers worldwide are OEM build units like HP, Dell and Lenovo which are usually 12vO for the past decade.probably 90% of computers worldwide are actually running on "group regulated" PSU.
