It would be nice if you had another computer or a phone (?) on your network to test the service and make sure it's working. Without that, it's hard to say if the port forwarding is not working or if it is forwarding correctly, but your service is not working.
I was looking over the owner manual for this Ubee router ...

In Advanced Gateway Setup/Options ... the first option is block all incoming traffic (WAN blocking). If this is enabled it may be stopping the port forwarding.
For your forwarding rule, is the internal port and external port the same?
What is the error message you get from canyouseeme if you try a port one more than your desired port? (I want to know if you get timed out or refused ... if the message is different from the message you get for your desired port then the port forward is likely working, but it is not reaching the service or the service is not replying.)
