First i hard a CPU LED light up red and i shipped my mobo and Ram and cpu back to scan in which they said the mobo was the issue. So i bought a new one and today first time booting up it told me to go into the bios to set stuff up ofcourse then i changed the ram speed set boot pirority etc and then saved and reset the pc. then now i get no display but the Graphics i believe keeps revving up and down. I also get 2 beeps every 10seconds or so

What i have tried..

Taken out cmos battery.
Used different Pci slot
New Mobo
Different graphics card.(when i try new GPU it doesnt rev up and down like before)
Tested each ram stick

Specs

Fx 6300
Radeon 7770
Corsair 2x4gb 1600mhz
Msi 970a g43
Cx 600m(dont hate)

I believe the bios was updated, also i got it to boot and was on the pc working fine for a few days then when i shut it down last night i get no post again. But theres only the 2 beeps at the start of the boot which i believe is the succesful boot indication?

I have a feeling its the PSU. Also the power button led does not come on anymore for some reason and i cant shut it down via the power button i have to pull the cord

What were you doing the days when it was working? You couldn't have possibly pushed something too far? Were you overclocking?

The first thing i would suggest doing is clearing the CMOS. This can be done by removing the CMOS battery from the motherboard and waiting at least 5 minutes before reinserting it, or by using the CMOS jumper on your motherboard and waiting 10 minutes before replacing the jumper cap.

Important Note: Not all motherboards have removable CMOS batteries. If the battery won’t come loose, don’t force it.

as stated in the topic ive already cleared the CMOS multiple times. Ive even used a different cmos battery from another mobo

Sorry! It was late and i must have misread that part. Do you have an old PC around which you can use for the PSU? I really don't have any experience with this problem, but at least me trying to help will bump the thread.
I would test with another PSU.
