Question No Post - Red VGA light on

New PC build, all parts came from Amazon or the direct manufacturer. I power it on, and instead of posting, a Red VGA light turns on, displaying code 99. The GPU fans spin, The Case fans spin, the CPU and the AIO boot and display temps, the RAM stick RGB turns on (4x16 GB, I've tried 2), and the Y70 touch display flashes then turns off. When plugged in, the Monitor turns on but displays no signal.

Did you try breadboarding the parts to see if anything was DoA? You mentioned AIO, what is the make and model of said AIO? Might want to see if reducing the mounting pressure on the IAO helps alleviate the issue. Rams in slots A2 and B2?

Ensure the PCIe power connectors are inserted fully on the GPU and PSU ends.

Your CPU has integrated graphics. If you remove the GPU and plug the display cable into the motherboard, does the system function?

Reseating ram may also be a good idea.

This may be of use, could be a memory/CPU issue.
