No power, no post

Hello,
i just purchased new graphics card (N560GTX) which req new power supply (thermaltake TR2 600W). i installed both with no trouble at all making sure i unplugged old power supply and plugged in new one , going over the components 1 by 1. Now it wont power on unless i use the power button on the motherboard, but it will not post and nothing displays on screen.

You might want to make sure that everything is connected correctly. Sounds like cables issues to me.

Power button on the motherboard? what motherboard do you have?
