No 'Preferred Graphics Processor' option in Nvidia Control Panel

Solution
I don't even remember ever seeing the option to choose a graphics processor in the 3D Nvidia options. It's simple but I would highly suggest just using DDU and wiping your video card drivers. Then installing the latest from the main site.

I'm fairly certain that laptop uses 1070 graphics.

Go here and select Geforce / Geforce 10 series (notebooks) / Geforce GTX 1070 / Your operating system: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

You can also check before or after. Go to computer / right click properties / device manager / display adapter / click drop down and it will say what graphics drivers you have installed.
