Question No "Secure Boot Mode" option in BIOS - can't enable secure boot??

Every single tutorial I find tells me I have to set this supposed "Secure Boot Mode" option from Default to Custom - but there is no such option in my BIOS??? how does this make any sense?

os type set to Windows UEFI mode should mean secure boot is turned on, if you were to set it to Other OS it would be turned off.

I tried it with both and when booting windows it still says secure boot is off and valorant (a game which requires secure boot to me on) also won't start no matter what I do. In all tutorials, there is an extra option on the screen I showed that says "Secure Boot Mode" but that option is straight up missing for me.
