Question No signal error on monitor, even after replaced gpu

I posted a few weeks ago, my kids were watching YouTube and they said they got a purple screen and after that the monitor showed a "no signal" error.

I decided to change GPU and I'm still getting the error.

The monitor works fine when plugged into a laptop with the same cable used to my PC

My old gpu: visiontech R9 280X r
New GPU: XFX RX570
PSU: EVGA 500W (100-W1-0500)

I've cleaned out the tower, reseated the RAM and tried multiple PCI slots they the GPU

Everything is lighting up and all fans are spinning, looks fine to the eye

I have no idea what else I should try

Because it's the PSU that is damaged, not the GPU.

I have a PSU tester from when this happened years ago to a different PC, what am I looking for

you need to check if your voltages are within the normal range (+ or - 5% is ok, + or - 10% mediocre to bad).
I would change it either way as it's something that does age losing efficiency and a greater wattage was recommended in the first place.

The 24 pin is showing LL on +12V

Meant when I connect, not sure I'm using this right
