Question No signal from display and I'm thinking it's either the CPU or mobo

I recently received a 3080 and everything is complete. Upon hooking up the monitor (4k) I have a "no signal". I have tried to exhaust EVERYTHING and even plugged in my Xbox to the monitor and the image shows up. I've used the HDMI from it as well. I've used my old PC components which I know still works and nothing. Maybe it's the GPU but I really believe it could be the mobo or CPU. Everything turns on but still nothing. This is my second PC build. Any ideas? I have a Intel i7 10th gen and a Asus Prime Z590M- Plus
