Question No signal from GPU ?

Cpu: ryzen 5 2600x
Motherboard: msi x470
Psu: corsair cx650
Gpu: geforce rtx 3060
The build was with xfx radeon rx590 and its owned by my brother in law, he used to have some trouble with the old gpu, losing signal while playing, and he replaced the gpu with this one and everything worked fine for few months and now there is no signal from the start up, is it a bad psu causing this?

Is there no signal at all now? If that is the case try putting the old GPU back in and try to get a signal in. If that then works update the BiOS and use the DDU tool to strip the GPU drivers. then go to Nvidia's website and manually reinstall the latest drivers for the new GPU not the old one you are testing with. Then swap back and try again

Tried with the old gpu and same thing, after powering up the pc the gpus fans spin for a bit and then stop or may stay spinning but nothing comes on screen
