I have a Windows 7, 32 bit, computer.
I have 3 user accounts. One is the Administrator with no password and we never use that account.
When we try to log with of the other two accounts, which pave passords, it is impossible because the keyboard does not write.
What should I do to restore the keyboard controler driver.
Thak you.

Is this a laptop or desktop?
Is this a wireless or wired keyboard?

If it is a wired keyboard being used on a desktop, try another keyboard.
If it is the internal keyboard on a laptop, find a USB keyboard, plug it in and see if it works for you.

Best of luck! :D

Get an old PS2 keyboard, something happened to the USB keyboard driver. The old PS2 keyboard will have a driver when you reboot the computer. Then you can log in and replace the driver.

Admin account: Your doin it wrong! Change the admin account's name and put a password with 2 each upper case, lower case, number and special charecter, or get used to the conscept of viruses and being used as a bot.

NEVER surf on an admin account.
