Question No signal installing graphics card disabled integrated graphics

Installed a HP AMD Radeon R5 330 2gb ddr3 graphics card,only fits in one slot on my board red led comes on when plugged in so it's recognized. Black screen no signal tried setting bios defualts removing cmos no signal still.took it out disabled onboard graphics card integrated graphics then black screen shut down removed cables tried installing card again no signal.my bios has some options for graphics card and I tried plug and play for devices on still no signal.any suggestions

My specs : Asus p5e vm HDMI latest bios
Xeon x5450 socket mod
8gb ddr2 Corsair xms 800mhz
450w psu
CPU cooler + heatsink + fans

Hello how's everyone . http://gpuboss.com/graphics-card/Radeon-R5-330 this is my gpu, after installing to board red led to indicate it's seated properly,no video output no signal tried with hdmi vga different cables monitors even going in Windows to disable integrated graphics then black screen had to cmos reset tried bios options to put pci before peg igb and still nothing. Need help how to get this working .
My specs ; Asus p5e vm hdmi , Xeon x5450 socket mod working without gpu , 450w psu (definitely enough wattage) , 8gb ddr2 .

No display black screen tried loads settings
Amd Radeon R5 330 (has no external power connectors or input outputs just card and fan) led on Mobo to say it's connected. Fan spins it's working just no display tried (peg/pci,pci/peg) disabling integrated graphics still black screen
