[SOLVED] No signal! New built PC has everything on but no signal

Just built my first ever pc. Everything inside runs and is lit up. The problem is I am getting no signal on the monitor.

here are more specs:
NZXT H510 case
Asus Prime X470-Pro MB
EVGA Supernova 750 G3 power supply
AMD Radeon 5700 GPU

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I connected the VGA cable.

Also are the GPU fans supposed to be spinning? Because they aren’t.

The gpu variant. I thought you had a third party card. Your card doesn't have a VGA port so you are connected to the motherboard i guess.

your gpu ports look like this right? Name your monitor and cpu. Your monitor must have either hdmi or display port to connect to the gpu.
