[SOLVED] No Signal/ No Boot/ No Bios, and mobo is showing a solid green light ?

Hello everyone. I have built my first PC. I have an issue with no signal on the display, and the motherboard has a solid green light. PSU is plugged into a 220-volt outlet. Below are my specs.

Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming Z790-Plus WiFi

CPU: Intel i5-13600KF

GPU: ASUS Dual RTX 4060 OC

RAM: 2 Corsair Vengeance DDR5 16GB CL36 XMP 6000 MHz

SSD: Samsung 980 Pro 1TB PCIe 4.0

AIO: ASUS TUF Gaming LC 240

PSU: Corsair RM750e

Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow

And the video cable is connected directly into the graphics card and NOT the motherboard right?
make sure the RAM are in the correct slots as well (the most common and most likely is A2+B2 when using only two sticks)
I reset cmos by jumping "clrcmos", disconnected PSU, removed cmos battery and shorted for one minute. Then I was able to get it to boot.
