[SOLVED] No signal on monitor.

I have just changed all of my pc parts except for my HDD, PSU and case. I know my monitor and HDMI cable work fine as I tested them with an xbox. My new specs are:

• CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
• GPU: Gigabyte Geforce RTX 2060 OC Edition 6GB
• ASUS: Prime B450 Plus
• PSU: EVGA TS XFX 550W
• RAM:Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 MHz (2x8)
• Stock wraith CPU cooler.

I have tried:

• Every combination of HDMI port
• Different PCIe slot
• Old GPU

and nothing has worked. Please help me.

motherboard might need bios update to work with 3000 series.
Did the mobo box have the 3000 ready sticker?

Can't see anything like that on the mono box. I don't have an old AMD cpu however.

I cannot boot my new PC as I don't believe the motherboard is compatible with my Ryzen 5 3600x. How can I update the BIOS to work with this CPU, but I don't have a compatible cpu to hand? The motherboard is ASUS Prime B450-Plus. Thanks.

That board does not support usb bios flashback or similar feature so it will require a compatible CPU to flash the bios. Amd has a program where they will send you a cpu that you can use to flash the bios then send it back.
