Question No signal on the monitor and q-leds turning on one by one

Hello everyone!
So basically I just finished building my computer. But when I turn it on, I get no signal at all on my monitor screen (hdmi plugged into the graphic card). And when I look on the motherboard, I can see that the "dram" qled is on, then it turns off and the "CPU" one turns on and finally "VGA" and it juste does that cycle again and again . Btw when I turn the computer on all the RGB and the fans light up as expected (after the VGA qled turns on, the fan LEDs turns off for like 0.1 second, before starting the cycle again). Basically the sequence is DRAM > CPU > VGA > fan LED turn off for a very little time > DRAM etc...

What could be the issue here ?

Here are my components:
Processor: Ryzen 9 5900x (bought refurbished on ebay)
Motherboard: Asus TUF B550-plus gaming
Graphic card : zotac rtx 3080 amp Holo (bought second hand on ebay)
PSU : Corsair cx750f RGB
Ram : Corsair vengeance LPX 2x16gb

What I've already tried :

• Removing one RAM stick.
• Removing CMOS battery.
• Shorting the CMOS thing.
• Updating the BIOS (did it twice just to be sure).
• Removing the CPU and reputting it while not putting too much pressure on it with the cooler screws.
• Crying

When you updated the BIOS, did you follow the instruction where it says ''Before running the USB BIOS Flashback tool, please rename the BIOS file (TGB550PS.CAP) using BIOSRenamer. '' ?
