[SOLVED] No signal to keyboard, monitor or mouse.

I accidentally dropped my xbox controller on my pc's case and it caused my pc to crash. I turned it off and on and now I get no signal to the monitor. The keyboard and mouse do not turn on neither do any of the USBs work. Could someone help guide me as to what the issue might be?

Start by unplugging PC, then open the case and make sure all cables are in place & firmly connected.

I just turned it off over night and turned it on in the morning and it was working. Thanks though.
