No Signal To Monitor

So I accidentally disabled the intel HD Graphics on my PC, thinking my graphics card would work. However if I connect the monitor cables to either the mobo or the GPU I get no signal to the monitor. Can anyone help?

the easy fix look for the reset com button or jumper on the mb. pull power from the wall first and wait for the power good led to drain then reset the bios.
