Question No signal to monitors

I updated windows 10 two nights ago and went to bed. I went to get on my computer the next afternoon and I was getting no signal to either of my two monitors— keep in mind, I was just using it the night before, before I updated. My computer turns on and all of my peripherals turn on (mouse and keyboard). All lights are on in my computer, CPU fan is running, and I tested my monitor with my PS5 and it works just fine, which leads me to believe the monitors are not defective. With the PC powered up and everything lit up like normal, I don’t know why it seems like I’m not getting signal to either of my two monitors— this has led me to think there’s an issue that was caused by the windows 10 update. Has anyone experienced this?

Please let me know if you find a solution. I have the exact same issue after doing the same thing. I updated and randomly during use I will get no signal to either monitor despite everything else still running. I can still talk in discord and hear audio but the screens don't detect a signal unless I restart the pc again.
