No sound through headphones in w10

So I upgraded yesterday to Windows 10 and everything worked fine but then my Razer kraken USB wont out put sound through USB 2.0 (witch it used to do in w8 but since I only have 2 3.0 and 1 2.0 I dont have much experimentation room) only from USB 3.0 and this is really anoying since thats the port that I used for my keyboard since its closer.

Already tried:
reinstalling drivers
cleaning drivers
restarting audio service
rebooting
setting it to default device
Test tone appears as failed

My laptop is a Lenovo y50-70 960M

Have you tried installing the the Razer Synapse driver which is compatible with Windows 10?

Here's the download link for the new Synapse driver.

Once the driver has been installed just reboot your PC and see if it will solve the issue.

just tried it. Still the same. damn Windows 10 is really awesome but is giving me tons of problems T_T
