No Standby

BlankSuddenly, my pc won't go into standby mode. I've scanned my computer
for viruses, ran adaware, etc. and it's clean. I've also checked all the
setting related to standby, and everything that should be checked is
checked.

How can I get the standby mode to work again, and what do you think may
happened?
