No Steam games are launching for me!

hello, so I've been having this problem with my computer where none of my games are launching at all. It seems that java games work fine but any game on steam and overwatch do not launch for me. When I attempt to launch Csgo nothing opens up but a small window for a half a second then disappears, I try and launch again but apparently it is still running so i have to go to task manager and end it. Gta V on the other hand opens up a launch window saying "Unable to initialize DirectX 9 Device". I went to Dxdiag and there was no problems and I was on DX12 for sure. Another thing to note is that I recently had installed a new mic for my computer via usb and all of a sudden the sound for my csgo was not working, with fiddling around i got it to work but the next day no games were working. Also my amd crimson live keeps telling me it finds another display panel but I don't see any other panel in my device manager. I have tried everything from clean installing new drivers to going through the regedit for directx and as well as going back to restore points. If anyone has any idea to why this is happening and how you can help please do respond. Feel free to ask me more questions and as well give me any assistance possible! Thank you for any help in advance.

we have to get in registry editor and browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>DIRECT3D>DRIVERS and change SoftwareOnly to 0. Direct3D Accelleration was enabled and BAM in game

Click windows + R >> type "regedit" >> find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>DIRECT3D>DRIVERS >> change SoftwareOnly to 0

Step 3 -
Open steam/steamapps/common/gtav/_commonredist/vcredist/2012
(or for R* version users.... Click ME - download x86 AND x64 [www.microsoft.com] )
Run both .exe's there - uninstall when asked. Run both AGAIN and install them.
Then- open steam/steamapps/common/gtav/_commonredist/directx/jun2010
(or R* version... Click ME - directx june 2010 [www.microsoft.com] )
Run dxsetup.
Restart pc - try again.
