No Surprise Here: Activision Working on Walking Dead FPS

It might be fun... I won't play it if it is single player only though. That's all fail.

I would be a lot more excited about this if VALVE were making the game though.

No thanks, I love "The Walking Dead" series, but I've been fooled enough times with games Activision branded. Diablo III is the last time I'll be fooled by this company.

I would think the walking dead would mean an MMO. The whole story is about surviving, collecting resources, and protecting the group for the zombies plus other groups. Collecting weapons, ammo, gas, food, medical supplies, and other you can trust would make a very original MMO theme.

I've read the comic and currently watching the show and it's well known that TWD isn't about killing zombies but about character development. A good genre for this series would be some sort of open world RPG that heavily revolves around the survival of you the player and your party. Kind of like DayZ but with the ability to recruit companions (much like Fallout where you venture into the world and can recruit people to join you).[/citation]
HELL YES ! we need a Zombie Survival RPG , maybe even an action rpg , I see a blend of skyrim , and dragon age would work great with this. skyrim action and streamlining , with dragon age's indepth party commands and story line style . i had high hopes for dead island being that game after seeing it's e3 coverage , and though the game was fun i was disapointed because of it's linear nature and lack of real RPG dialouge options.

If anyone wants a rpg/survival game you might want to look at the dead linger. its in development right now but looks good

Just play L4D2 or Killing Floor. All the zombie experience you need.

Seriously? Yet another zombie game? That's such a boring and repetitive genre. How can you swallow the same stuff over and over again?

if you don't like it you don't have to get it. Walking dead is a great series.
