When I power on my new PC build, I get no video output for a few seconds and then I see the windows login screen. There is no splash screen or windows loading screen. There is no video output in bios either, when I shift+click restart, go to advanced options and click bios, pc restarts and I get no video output, after pressing the reset button I am back in Windows with no loading screen. The same thing happens when I use the Delete key while starting my pc. I have also tried disabling FreeSync on my monitor and using another Graphics card. Everything else works fine, I can play games, watch youtube, I am writing this on this PC. I need to change my fans speed because my PC is a wind tunnel now and change RAM frequency to 3200MHz, I hope someone can help me.

My parts:
Motherboard - Gigabyte AORUS Elite b550
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 550
RAM - 16GB (2x8, correctly installed) 3200MHz (Not running at 3200MHz because I cannot get to bios)
Monitor - Viewsonic VX2458-C-mhd 144Hz

UPDATE: I have set the fans and ram frequently using the AORUS app center, still cannot access bios. I have Also tried updating it from Version F1 to F2 using the AORUS @bios app. Still no video output during boot or in bios, windows works normally.

Here's something to check/try....
Many times....when I use two displays....the BIOS flash screen only shows up on one display.
I don't know why this is...but it happens often.
...and if the display the BIOS shows up on is off....the other display acts exactly as you mention yours does.
First off...you aren't running two displays are you?
If not....I would check to see if Windows thinks you have two displays connected.

What key are you tapping to enter BIOS?

I believe that it the DELETE key.

See physically numbered Page 21. [ Do verify that I have identified applicable motherboard manual.]

Immediately start rapidly tapping DELETE (if that is indeed the key) as soon as you physically turn on the computer's power switch.

Once you are able to get into BIOS there should be some POST related settings to control what is tested, what is displayed, and how long displays/screens last.

I am running only one monitor, Winsows doesn't think that I have two displays connected - https://prnt.sc/uhvb62

I have tried, no video output in bios.

Is it possible that the motherboard (B550 Aorus Elite) is not compatible with older graphic cards? I have Radeon R7 240 and RX 550, both of them don't work in bios with this motherboard, works in older pc. Video output starts after windows is loaded on this new motherboard.
