Question No video output until I forcefully shutdown PC (holding the power button) and click on "Windows Boot Manager" from the BIOS ?

Im trying to get Windows to be the default option when turning on the PC instead of going through the BIOS

I have an ASUS motherboard and every time I want to turn on the PC I have to:

Hit the power button

Hold the power button to turn off the PC (the monitor says that it is not recieving any signal)

Hit the power button again (now the PC is in POST mode I think its called)

Press F1, to perform setup or something along those lines (this gets me into the BIOS)

And finally, click on the Windows Boot Manager (which is already set as first booting priority)

I'm a bit stumped honestly, I feel like these two issues are related with one another, and the real culprit here is why is not sending any signal upon turning on the computer, and if I get this fixed, then Windows would load up without issues, but tbh im just talking out of my ass here.

Any help is appreciated
