Question No video signal at all after installing new M.2 ssd.

Hi again guys! just as the title says, my bud's pc will boot fine without an m.2 in it, but once we add it onto the Mobo, there is absolutely no video signal at all.
We tried using another M.2 port, tried switching the pci slots for the gpu, and even re-seating all available connections to the mobo but still nothing.

I found a few similar cases in other forums but none of the proposed solutions solved anything for us.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!
