No video signal on first run but video works when install system worked fine bef

the systemwas working fine then turned on yesterday no vid signal reinstall op sys win 7 after try another vid card will power monitor with no problem till first run then no signal msi board 3g mem amd 64 dual core sata hd radeon 4550 card

Check to make sure the card is properly seated and that the power connector is properly attached. If you have a second Graphics slot try your card in that slot to see if it works.
