I just finished building my new pc and after a fresh install of windows 10, wifi and bluetooth arent showing up as an option. I went to the network drivers and there isnt a wifi driver (see imgur link). I went to the mobo's product page and found multiple different WLAN drivers as well as bluetooth drivers (see imgur) but I'm unsure of which drivers to get and how to go about installing them. I opened up one of the MediaTek WLAN drivers just to see and realized that I don't know where to go from that point (see imgur). The mobo I'm using has an m.2 MediaTek WiFi adapter

Thank you for the help in advance!

Is this the motherboard you're working with;

?

If so, you should manually download drivers for;
MediaTek WLAN Driver (v3.3.0.0702)
+
MediaTek Bluetooth Driver (v1.930.0.251)
from here;

(scroll to the bottom of the page and you should see the drivers and BIOS files listed) and install said drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I would make sure your BIOS is on the latest version for good measure, then clear CMOS, then manually install all relevant drivers with the latest version in said elevated command.

Just curious, where did you source the installer for the OS?
