Noctua NH-D15 and COrsair 100r

Not sure of the CPU.

For light-overclock on a modern Intel like the i5-6600K the Cryorig H7 is okay, but not a heavy overclock:

You can FILTER the pcpartpicker site by height.

*I'm surprised it's only 150mm as I can handle 158mm. I'm guessing they have more cable management room behind the motherboard, so that the motherboard sits closer to the left side of the case.

Of course, there are several AIO liquid cooler solutions as well. I don't like liquid coolers though. Many only last FIVE YEARS due to fluid saturation of the tubes, and some may have pump failure. Some people find pumps annoying as well even when fairly silent.

Currently this computer I got sounds like an airport, it's really irritating so I'm trying to quiet down without losing performance...I have a fx 8250 and I want to Overclock it to about 4.8 Ghz or even more so and I also don't like the the noise from AIO cooler's pumps :|

This one will fit in the case butt I am not sure if it will be enough to overclock

I'm sure it will. Be aware though, that as you increase clockspeed and voltage, heat and therefore noise go up exponentially. The difference in performance between 4.5ghz and 4.8ghz (just as an example) is only about 6% while the heat output may double.
