Noctua NH U12S vs Noctua NH U14S

I am looking to buy a cpu cooler for my i5 4670k
i have a bitfenix prodigy and have been looking for quiet coolers that perform well at stock clocks and with a small overclock.
Which out of the two coolers would you choose and why
